This exhilarating 20-day adventure takes you on a challenging yet rewarding journey through the heart of the Everest region. Conquer three high passes (Kongma La, Cho La, Renjo La), witness breathtaking Himalayan panoramas, and experience the unique Sherpa culture.
Skill Level: Strenuous. This trek involves demanding daily hikes, high altitude, and crossing three challenging passes. Excellent fitness and extensive prior trekking experience, especially in challenging conditions, are mandatory.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be met by our representatives and transferred to your comfortable hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and adjusting to the time difference.
Day 2
Kathmandu Sightseeing and prepare for trek
Explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu at your own pace. Visit historical sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), or wander through the bustling Thamel district. You can also choose to relax at the hotel and prepare for the trek.
Day 3
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
An exciting day begins with a thrilling flight to Lukla. Enjoy the breathtaking aerial views before landing at the world's most famous "dangerous" airport! Embark on a gentle trek through the Dudh Koshi River valley to the charming village of Phakding, where you'll spend the night in a comfortable teahouse.
Day 4
Trek to Namche Bazaar
The trail continues along a well-established path, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Cross the Hillary Bridge and gradually ascend to Namche Bazaar, a bustling gateway town known as the "Sherpa Capital." Settle into your teahouse and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
Day 5
Acclimatization Hike to Hotel Everest View
Today's focus is on acclimatization. Enjoy a scenic hike to Hotel Everest View, offering breathtaking panoramas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. This gradual ascent helps your body adjust to the increasing altitude. Descend back to Namche Bazaar for the night.
Day 6
Trek to Thame
Leaving Namche Bazaar, we'll follow a less crowded trail towards Thame, a beautiful village nestled in a hidden valley. Enjoy the opportunity to interact with the locals and experience their unique way of life.
Day 7
Trek to Lungdeng
Our journey continues towards Lungdeng, a small settlement offering stunning mountain views. The landscape becomes more rugged as we prepare to cross the first high pass.
Day 8
Trek to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass
Today's challenging hike takes us over the Renjo La Pass (5,465m), the first of the three passes. The trail is steep and requires good physical fitness. The reward is the sight of the turquoise Gokyo Lakes nestled in a high-altitude valley. Spend the night in a teahouse at Gokyo, enjoying the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Day 9
Gokyo Lake - Climb Gokyo Ri
An early start is rewarded with a challenging but rewarding hike to Gokyo Ri (5,360m). This vantage point offers breathtaking 360-degree views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the surrounding Gokyo Lakes. Savor the moment and capture stunning photos of the panorama.
Day 10
Trek to Thagnak
Retracing our steps slightly, we'll descend to Thagnak, a small village situated on a moraine ridge. Enjoy the contrasting scenery and prepare for the next high pass crossing.
Day 11
Trek to Zongla via Cho La Pass
Today's adventure takes us over the Cho La Pass (5,420m), the highest and most challenging of the three passes. The trail is steep and requires excellent physical fitness and sure footing. The reward upon reaching the top is the sight of the Ngozumpa Glacier, the longest glacier in Nepal.
Day 12
Trek to Labuche
Leaving Zongla, we'll follow a scenic trail along the Ngozumpa Glacier, offering dramatic glacial landscapes. Our destination for the night is Labuche, a small village situated near Everest Base Camp.
Day 13
Trek to Everest Base Camp
Today's trek takes us to the heart of the Everest region - Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of climbers preparing for their summit attempts and witness the majestic Khumbu Icefall. Spend the night at Everest Base Camp, a unique experience for any trekker.
Day 14
Climb Kalapathar and Trek to Labuche
An early morning hike takes us to Kalapathar (5,643m), a rocky ridge offering the closest view of Everest (without a climbing permit). The sunrise over Everest from Kalapathar is a spectacular sight. Descend back to Labuche for the night.
Day 15
Kongma La Pass and Trek to Chukung
Today's challenge is the Kongma La Pass (5,535m), the third and final pass. The trail is demanding but offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Descend to Chukung, a small village nestled in a beautiful valley below Ama Dablam.
Day 16
Trek to Tengboche Monastery
Our journey continues down towards Tengboche Monastery, perched on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking mountain scenery. Visit the monastery and experience the tranquility of Buddhist life in the Himalayas.
Day 17
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Following a familiar trail, we'll descend back to Namche Bazaar, a bustling gateway town. Enjoy some free time to explore the shops, cafes, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere
Day 18
Trek to Lukla
The final leg of our journey takes us back to Lukla. Celebrate your achievement with your fellow trekkers and enjoy a farewell dinner in Lukla.
Day 19
Fly Back to Kathmandu
Weather permitting, we'll take a thrilling flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying the aerial views of the Himalayas one last time. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your comfortable hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Day 20
Departure from Kathmandu
Happy farewell to Nepal! Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before your transfer to the airport for your flight home.
