This unforgettable 14-night, 15-day Everest Base Camp Trek offers a challenging yet rewarding journey to the foot of the world's tallest mountain, Mount Everest. Skill Level: Moderate to Challenging. This trek involves moderate daily hikes with increasing altitude. A good level of fitness and prior hiking experience are recommended.
Group Size: This itinerary can be tailored for both private treks and small group treks.
Accommodation: Throughout the trek, you'll be staying in comfortable teahouses, which are lodges run by local families. These teahouses offer basic but clean rooms with shared bathrooms and dormitories in some locations.
Transportation: Domestic flights from Kathmandu to Lukla (round trip) are included. Please note that Lukla Airport is known for being one of the most challenging in the world due to its short runway and high altitude.
Acclimatization: This itinerary incorporates several rest days specifically for acclimatization. Acclimatization hikes are also included to gradually increase your altitude and help your body adjust to the thinner air.

Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be met by our representatives and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the vibrant city, visit historical sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), or simply relax and adjust to the time difference.

Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
Today, spend the morning exploring some of Kathmandu's cultural treasures. In the afternoon, meet your guide and discuss the trek itinerary. This is also a good time to finalize any equipment rentals and purchase any last-minute supplies you may need.
Day 3
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
An exciting day starts with a thrilling flight to Lukla, nestled amidst the Himalayas. Enjoy the breathtaking aerial views of the Everest region before landing at the world's most dangerous airport! After a short briefing, we begin our trek, following the Dudh Koshi River valley to the charming village of Phakding.
Day 4
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Our journey continues along the well-established trail, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We'll cross the Hillary Bridge, named after Sir Edmund Hillary, and gradually ascend to Namche Bazaar, a bustling gateway town known as the "Sherpa Capital." Here, you'll have time to explore the shops, cafes, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
Day 5
Acclimatization Hike to Hotel Everest View and Khumjung Village
Today is crucial for acclimatization. We'll embark on a scenic hike to Everest View Hotel, offering panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Afterwards, we'll visit the nearby village of Khumjung, home to the famous Kunde Monastery, which houses a yeti scalp (allegedly).
Day 6
Trek to Pangboche
Leaving Namche Bazaar, we follow the trail through rhododendron forests and quaint villages. Enjoy breathtaking views of Thamserku Peak and the Kantega Wall. Our destination for the night is Pangboche, a traditional Sherpa village known for its beautiful gompa (monastery).
Day 7
Trek to Dingboche
Continuing our ascent, we'll traverse yak pastures and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas. Dingboche, our stop for the night, is situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by towering peaks.
Day 8
Acclimatization Hike to Nakharjang Peak (5000m) and Back to Dingboche
Another acclimatization day! We'll embark on a challenging but rewarding hike to Nakharjang Peak, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, including Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Makalu. This hike helps your body adjust to the higher altitude before pushing further.
Day 9
Trek to Lobuche
Today, the landscape becomes more rugged as we follow the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We'll reach Lobuche, a small village situated at the foot of the Khumbu Icefall.
Day 10
Trek to Everest Base Camp
The highlight of the trek! We'll traverse the Khumbu Glacier moraine, passing through a landscape sculpted by glaciers. Finally, we'll reach Everest Base Camp, a temporary settlement bustling with mountaineering activity. Savor the moment and witness the majestic
Day 11
Climb Kala Patthar and Trek to Pangboche
An early start is rewarded with a challenging yet unforgettable climb to Kala Patthar (5,643m). This vantage point offers the most spectacular views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and the surrounding Khumbu Valley. After soaking in the panorama, we descend back to Dingboche for the night.
Day 12
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Following the familiar trail, we retrace our steps back down the valley, enjoying the changing perspectives of the mountains. We'll arrive in Namche Bazaar for our overnight stay, where you can celebrate your achievement and explore the town once again.
Day 13
Trek to Lukla
Our descent continues along the Dudh Koshi River valley. We'll encounter lush vegetation and charming villages along the way. Tonight, we'll celebrate our successful trek with a farewell dinner in Lukla.
Day 14
Fly Back to Kathmandu
Weather permitting, we'll take a thrilling flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying the aerial views of the Himalayas one last time. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Day 15
Departure from Kathmandu
Bid farewell to Nepal! Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before your transfer to the airport for your flight home.
