This challenging but rewarding walk takes you to the base camp of Ama Dablam (6,812m), a spectacular mountain known as the "Matterhorn of the Himalayas." Experience stunning views, Sherpa culture, and the beauty of the Everest region.

Skill Level: Challenging. This trek involves high altitude, demanding daily hikes, and technical terrain in some sections. Excellent fitness and prior trekking experience, especially in challenging conditions, are mandatory.

Group Size: This itinerary can be tailored for private treks or small group treks with highly experienced guides.

Accommodation: Throughout the trek, you'll be staying in comfortable teahouses with basic amenities. Rooms are typically shared, although single rooms might be available at some locations for an additional cost.

Transportation: Domestic flights from Kathmandu to Lukla (round trip) are included.

Acclimatization: This itinerary incorporates acclimatization days, but due to the high altitude of Ama Dablam Base Camp, proper acclimatization is crucial. Following your guide's instructions and ascending slowly is essential.

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal! Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be met by our representatives and transferred to your comfortable hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and adjusting to the time difference.

Day 2

Kathmandu sighteeing and prepare for trek

Explore the vibrant city of Kathmandu at your own pace. Visit historical sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), or wander through the bustling Thamel street. You can also choose to relax at the hotel and prepare for the trek.

Day 3

Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

An exciting day begins with a thrilling flight to Lukla. Enjoy the breathtaking aerial views before landing at the world's most famous "dangerous" airport! Embark on a gentle trek through the Dudh Koshi River valley to the charming village of Phakding, where you'll spend the night in a comfortable teahouse.

Day 4

Trek to Namche Bazaar

The trail continues along a well-established path, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Cross the Hillary Bridge and gradually ascend to Namche Bazaar, a bustling gateway town known as the "Sherpa Capital." Settle into your teahouse and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Day 5

Trek to Tengboche Monastery

Leaving Namche Bazaar, we'll follow a scenic trail through rhododendron forests and quaint villages. Our destination for the night is Tengboche Monastery, perched on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking mountain scenery. Visit the monastery and experience the tranquility of Buddhist life in the Himalayas.

Day 6

Trek to Pangboche

Continuing our journey, we'll traverse yak pastures and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas. Pangboche, our stop for the night, is a traditional Sherpa village nestled amidst stunning scenery. Relax and unwind in your teahouse, enjoying the local culture.

Day 7

Trek to Ama Dablam Base Camp

Today's challenging trek takes us to Ama Dablam Base Camp. The trail becomes steeper and rockier, requiring good physical fitness and sure footing. The reward is the breathtaking sight of Ama Dablam towering above you. Spend some time exploring the base camp and soaking in the majestic views, but remember to ascend slowly for proper acclimatization. Descend to a lower camp for the night.

Day 8

Trek to Namche Bazaar

Retracing our steps, we'll descend back towards Namche Bazaar. Enjoy the changing perspectives of the mountains and celebrate reaching a high altitude base camp. Relax and unwind in your teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Day 9

Trek to Lukla

The final leg of our journey takes us back to Lukla. Celebrate your achievement with your fellow trekkers and enjoy a farewell dinner in Lukla.

Day 10

Fly Back to Kathmandu

Weather permitting, we'll take a thrilling flight back to Kathmandu, enjoying the aerial views of the Himalayas one last time. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be transferred to your comfortable hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 11

Departure from Kathmandu

Happy farewell to Nepal! Depending on your departure time, you may have some extra time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before being transferred to the airport for your trip home.
