Overview
This 16-day trek takes you to the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) and Khopra Ridge, offering breathtaking views of the Annapurna massif. You’ll also experience the diverse landscapes of the Annapurna region, from lush rhododendron forests to high-altitude deserts.
Skill Level: Moderate to Challenging. This trek involves demanding daily hikes, high altitude, and some technical terrain. Good physical fitness and prior trekking experience are recommended.
Group Size: This itinerary can be tailored for private treks or small group treks with experienced guides.
Accommodation: Throughout the trek, you’ll be staying in comfortable teahouses with basic amenities. Rooms are typically shared, although single rooms might be available at some locations for an additional cost.
Transportation: Domestic flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara (round trip) are included.
Acclimatization: This itinerary incorporates acclimatization days, but due to the high altitude of ABC and Khopra Ridge, proper acclimatization is crucial. Following your guide’s instructions and ascending slowly is essential.
